Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. "Amazing stay for me and my partner, 3 days away, beautiful scenery, lovely owners, cannot fault any of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone. Only 1 hour to snowdon Llanberis path, which we did, so ideal for that too. "

"Lovely spot to stop at in NWales, ideal for a days out. 1 hr to Kings Docks in L’pool, 1+hr to Trearddur Bay and Harlech Beach. Perfect location as very close to dual carriageway and easy to jump on main road - within 4-5 minutes. Consequently, murmur of road noise always present. If you are out and about, and like to drive to places, I 100% recommend. Clean and tidy, helpful host, overall nice stay."

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"Beautiful little cabin, stunning views and really relaxing stay "

"Caravan was very clean and in a very good location eg near a Asda supermarket, costa coffee, amusements park. Only downfall was that the caravan is situated near the main road . So constant vehicle noise stops you sleeping at night, especially from the HGV or buses that go past. "

"The room was spacious a clean, but was in a noisy lacation in the build. By the lifts and a hall door was continuely banging as other guest went to there rooms, also there was a bar opposite the hotel which had very loud music till 2am. "

"The Shankly is 100/ish years old? So it’s not going to be a pristine perfect condition facility the bathroom with the waterfall shower is great except for water temperature it was not even remotely hot. I also desperately needed grab bars I had such difficulty getting in and out of the shower and bathtub. I also wished there was soft close toilet seat"

"The hotel was absolutely amazing definitely will be going back went there for me and my partner birthday weekend absolutely recommended couples to go for a break, service is outstanding very polite staff breakfast was very tasteful brought a pack on site which was prosecco and chocolates with petals absolutely made up food was delicious and drinks was perfect "
