"The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city. It’s small and cozy, very clean, and everything works as expected. At first I felt we needed more space as we were carrying clothing and shoes for a 3-week trip. But we managed and truly enjoyed everything. We asked for 10 more hangers, we got them within 10 min. We asked for sheets change the last day, we got it. Breakfast is nice: eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, sausages, cereals, small desserts, and 3 or 4 freshly squeezed juices, plus several types...

"The beds and floors needs upgrading for certain rooms. The management was quite good and helped swap rooms but no one wants to pack and unpack! Location is good as it was a quite street and just 10/15 mins walk to Public transport."

"The room was peaceful and spacious, with an opening window and a balcony door that let in lots of fresh air. The bed was firm which I find very comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful, carrying bags & providing us with pots of tea at odd times (no kettle in the room). The decor may be somewhat dated but I value tranquility and kindness over a spa bath any day"

"When checking-in, they tried to charged us more than was indicated in the Expedia receipt. We had to insist in paying the correct price. We also asked for the complementary bottled water promised through Expedia. We were told there's nothing complementary. So, at midnight, we had to find a convenience 24 hours store, on a rainy night, to buy some bottled water. Next day we found in our room an apology letter and I bottle of wine, probably due to our checkin review. This cannot be considered a 4...
