"The staff on checkin, checkout and breakfast were great. However, on the day I checked out I went out to a dead battery. Maintenance didn’t have a jumper box or jumper cables. I had to DoorDash jumper cables and ask a stranger to help jump start my car. Not once did anyone on staff come out and see if I needed help. I’m sure I am not the first nor will I be the last to need mechanical assistance."
