I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.

Clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. They stored the luggage for us which is great because we had time to kill between check out and train schedule. Close to the train station and walkable to most of the sites.

This was a perfect place to stay! It is close to the train station as well as the bus station where many tours to nearby Pisa and Tuscan wineries depart. Additionally, a special shout out to the kind and honest staff of this particular hotel. My wife had forgotten her new personalized Gucci bag in our room when we checked out. Housekeeping turned it in and the front desk went above and beyond to contact us and return her bag. Thank you so much!

Ratify renovation, great location

Fantastic renovated hotel, beautiful brand new room, comfortable bed and amenities. The lobby is modern but still with a Tuscan feel. The staff were excellent. Perfect location if you are catching a train from Santa Maria Novella. 10 stars of 10!

The hotel was in a very accessible location. All attractions was within walking distance. They offer valet parking if you're traveling with a car. The parking garage was secured and we could leave our luggage in the car. The tiny elivator was a plus. Nice amenities and good view.

Location was literally across the street from the main train station Santa Maria Novella, which is why I chose this hotel. Also walking distance from main tourist attractions. There was a supermarket next door.
