Clean room with 9 foot windows that opened up to a plaza. The staff was wonderful. I don’t know her name, but the woman at the desk every day was a pleasure to deal with. CON: Hotels.com advertises that it has a restaurant and a bar and that it serves breakfast for a fee. NONE of that is true! There is a bar immediately adjacent to the hotel and a restaurant immediately next to the bar, but they are not a part of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, unless you want breakfast included or an on-site restaurant or bar.

Ideal location for getting around. Lovely places to eat around that area. Main water taxi stop Guglio just about 5-10 minute walk to accommodation or station walking distance to if coming from the Airport. Lovely to wake up in the morning open the curtains and see the canal boats passing. Only thing l would suggest would be to have coffee making facilities in the rooms rather than main communal area. But that just so as soon as you wake up you can get a cuppa. Would recommend stay here it was lovely.

The room was so awesome. Windows open to the plaza and amazing views of Firenze. The tub in the room was fun to take a bath in and hear the chatter of the crowds on the plaza.

Great location, well maintained property. One young lady who works as a hostess is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, gets extremely hot in the top floor rooms and the air conditioning is not able to keep up. A fan helps though. Recommend booking on the 2nd floor.

We felt it was in an ideal location, close to cafes and bars for night life with activity. I felt safe and close to everything I had planned during my visit. I would stay there again. The room itself was clean and had beautiful views of the city with from multiple windows.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, bus stop and walkable to the duomo. It has everything that we needed, and also has washer and dryer. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay, the room was huge and beautiful with a free standing bath and stunning ceilings. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Excellent location - 10 min walk to the duomo and lots of shops around. Really recommend this hotel, great price too!

Only stayed for 1 night, and could have quite easily extended for many more. The room is beautiful, clean & spacious. Onsite laundry is a massive bonus, walking distance to everything. Customer service was unmatched! Highly recommend 🙂

A great Hotel!!!!

I stayed three nights at this hotel and was very happy to have stayed here. The room was HUGE and clean. I was not too sure about the neighborhood, at first glance. But, I had no problems and really enjoyed the location and easy walk to the Duomo and everything in the area. Lots to do, great restaurants everywhere. I recommend the pizza place next door.

The room was excellent, clean and seemed newly renovated. However, the hotel was hard to get to due to one way roads and limited parking nearby. The was not a big hotel sign in front (a little sign near the doorbell). The hotel staff gave me the google address where to park (behind the hotel is a different address). The hotel was a short walk to nearby tourist sights.

The A/C did not work well. The property was spacious- lots of room for our family, great to have a kitchen and free laundry on site. Although the apt was not very clean, only one bed was comfortable, the 2nd bed room had two beds that were 2 separate beds not a queen as advertised, sofa bed was hard and so loud anytime you moved.

Overall the place is ok but a lot of mosquitoes in the apt. Great views of the dome and we had access to a portico but we couldn’t use it due to rain. Also somehow water seeped into the apt after the rain. Thankfully it missed all our luggage. One of the positive points about this apt is it’s proximity to the Duomo and many other attractions and a lot of food choices / restaurants within walking distance.

This a good hotel to rent especially traveling with family like us. We were family of five and we had 2 separate bedrooms with a living room, sofa and a kitchen. The place is good for it’s price. The issues I have are the fact the bedsheets are very old worn out and even had holes in them. I’m not sure if the rooms and the property are well taken care of. The free breakfast was a joke. They will give you a single croissant, a coffee and an orange juice. If you consume anything else more than that they will make you pay. Also the free breakfast was not actually inside the hotel property but rather outside a restaurant next door, so that was confusing.

Apartment style stay

The apartment was huge and comfortable for our family. Downside was we weren’t told upfront about the fee for parking snd when we asked for more towels we were told only guests staying more than 3 nights could get extra towels. Help desk was also only an available during certain hours and the place was hard to locate at first. Location however walkable to many sites.

We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence.
