The room was gorgeous and the breakfast outstanding. All the breads and pastries made on site. They serve you coffee. Beautiful flowers in the main breakfast room. At first impression, I wasn’t sure about the property. However, after three days, I came to feel that it was an absolutely perfect spot to stay in Florence. A gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. Any museum, shop, restaurant or gelateria you'd want to visit is almost certainly within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is wonderful too. Hope to return soon.

I really can’t fault it- the breakfast is incredible too. If you are looking for something with character, fun and elegance this is it. We stayed in room #1 with two bath tubs and it was just a gorgeous room. No noise issues, great service, great location.

I had to change rooms after the first night but the staff were really great about that and I loved my new room. The staff are friendly, the decor is bohemian and fun, and the hotel is well located for shopping. The bar closes early and there is no dinning option except breakfast and coffee through the day.
