"Love that it is walkable to the beach but wish the hotel had a discount on chairs since we are staying at the hotel and its hotel chars and umbrella, and allowed us to bring coolers. There were puke in elevators and had let the staff know and a few times they were inappropriate adults in the hot tub when it’s supposed to be a family friendly hotel. We ran out of towels and had called to guest services and phone kept ringing, had to call front desk and asked they said that they will get it up by that day came back still no towels in the room called down again and they did send some up right away. Parking was a mess there was no checks on cars that actually paid for parking, we had pay and finding parking was hard itself unless you want to park clear over by the garage. There were plenty of cars that didn’t have the paid stickers on them. Would recommend bringing home beach towels so you don’t have to pay for extra beach towels. "

"The bathroom is dirty, toilet was not clean when we check in. I have to buy clorox wipes and spray to disinfect the bathroom and room. The room is dusty, floor has several beach sand. Bath towels are small. The only good thing is the location, in front of beach and close to the fishing pier. "

"The box spring covers/ incasements/ was really dirty, and rooms a little outdated but for the price and location was completely worth it,we've stayed here on several occasions and we enjoy being on the beach. "

"Staff was great. Rooms ok. Good location. Had trouble with people above us tossing their cigarette butts in our patio area (we were on the ground floor). That is not a resort issue, just a rudeness one."

"Staff wasn’t friendly at all. I was very shocked that we didn’t get greeted one time for the 4 nights that we stayed there. The room needs to be updated. Cleanliness was okay, because of the walls looked filthy. The beds were comfortable. It was okay for my kids and their friends for a quick spring break trip. "

"Most places allow dogs up to 75 lbs. when we get there, we find out that my 70 lb. GSL is not welcome and the lady was not very helpful at all. The place looks like a dump anyway and after seeing it, I didn’t want to stay there anyway. "
