"This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

"The owner and staff are very friendly. I loved my room. The hotel has beautiful views right on the lake, great food, and an amazing location just a three minute walk to the Hall of Fame and surrounding town with cool shops and great bars and restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker."
