"This was a perfect in between if you’re traveling in Umbria..we were in Orvieto on route to Perugia so we stopped here. Great to have parking! The hotel and all in it was great. Also walking was easy for shopping and great meals and gelato!"

"The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy. "Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5.
