"Booked room for 5, plus 2 dogs. Was given room for 4 and upcharged $50 for dogs. Had to get 2nd room as not enough beds. Being in a hurry in the middle of the night, I didn't change the date on expedia for the 2nd room. I booked for the wrong night and had to eat that money as Expedia offers no refund nor did the hotel. The night I booked in error was 2 weeks away and I canceled it within 15 minutes of booking it.
