"This hotel is fantastic! The room was so clean, has in room tea facilities and quality toiletries. There’s many towels, slippers and dressing gowns. The breakfast buffet selection is vast and had quality items with gluten free and dairy free options. Cooked items are also available to order. "Beautiful modern hotel and beautiful room on 2 floors (sitting room/bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs). Great amenities. Only detracting factors are that the room was a bit dark (the hotel is in a narrow alley), and that the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom is a bit inconvenient at night. The hotel is quite difficult to reach by car (Google maps will send you to an alley where it is impossible to turn or maneuver), so it is best to leave the car in the nearby Piazza...

"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! "

"This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask. To access the hotel with a car it is tricky because you have to drive in a narrow pedestrian type of street. "The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "
