"Rooms spacious and clean. Staff at reception was very helpful. Couldn't thank the lady enough. Was disappointed that the restaurant next door was permanently closed as we had booked thinking we would have meals and drinks there."

"The hotel itself is very nice, clean and well done. When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat. Breakfast was free and was excellent, laundry facilities were excellent, Parking however...

"Great hotel. Decor is a little over the top but it’s a very nice place to stay. No defined onsite parking but there is a reasonable parking lot located just across the street. I would recommend this hotel. With any booking you make in the UK, always book the breakfast if you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook it."
