"I would recommend this hotel"

"On Tuesday, June 3, 2026, my family and I checked into your hotel around 6:00 p.m. while attending our loved one’s Fort Jackson boot camp graduation. Our stay was extremely disappointing. Our room had no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told to let the bathtub water run for 10 minutes, but the problem was never resolved. No one followed up to check on us. Around 8:00 p.m., I called again to request another room, but no one answered the front desk after multiple attempts, which was...

"Very nice hotel. My only issue is they never changed the sheets in the room. They came in and changed the towels daily. I’m used to places that cleaned the room. They would empty the trash but I stayed for a week and they never changed the bedding"

"Been here last year, seems that they have renovated the property. Rooms had a modern touch, nice layout for wash and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, selection of the usual fare. Everything in the room was fine, beds were cozy, AC unit was fine. The bed is placed a little too close to the AC unit, so cold air is blowing directly onto you. But, bed is fixed in its location, so it wasn't that bad. Hotel across was having some big party, really loud music playing outdoors, but it died down later....

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Very clean rooms. Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options."

"The room was clean on arrival but the next day after room service cleaned they only pulled up the covers. The towels were dingy looking one face cloth had looked like some dried tomato sauce. The tissue holder kept falling off the wall. The bath faucet was pulling away from the wall. The bathtub had a dirt stain that was able to be cleaned because I cleaned it while there. The garden and pool was nice."

"Very spacious suite with huge bathroom. Super clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, let us stay in the pool even after regular hours. Very clean salt water pool. Highly recommend Home2Suites, it’s our third time staying with this hotel chain."
