"The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

"A big reason I picked this location for my birthday was for the POOL. And the pool was closed the entire 2 nights/3 days of my stay! I feel robbed. I paid for amenities that were not available nor was this notice made available prior to booking the room. But the breakfast was good and the room was okay."

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."

"The room was adorable and very unique and it was perfect for the one night I stayed. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room I stayed in, but I don’t know if others might have more amenities. The bar in the hotel was an experience for sure and the atmosphere was unforgettable. I would definitely stay again!"

"Overall the hotel is very nice! The restaurant is pricey, and for the quality of the food it doesn’t seem worth it however the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean! My only complaint is the beds. They are so uncomfortable and by the 2nd night it hurt to walk due to the back pain from the beds. Other than that I have no complaints. "

Breakfast has nice, fresh variety of options and staff is lovely. I checked in late in the evening & found that the reception desk was “tired” and not very engaged. "

"There was a party going on at the hotel, on the 19th floor, the first night. You could hear music throughout the entire hotel. Totally ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like that and I’ve traveled extensively. The bad was very uncomfortable. You could tell that it was a cheap mattress. Lastly, check-in time was 4 PM and no exceptions were made to check-in even a minute earlier. "
