"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. "We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff were extremely nice and gave us great recommendations of places to go. We had an early train that morning and were able to pay for early check in for 15 euros. It was in a great location apx 10 min from the city tram/bus stop. The room was very clean and spacious.
