Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. "For being in a high traffic area, we could not hear anything from outside. The luggage lift to get our very heavy bags up to the third floor was brilliant. And the staff was extremely prepared to help us navigate checkin and checkout."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. "Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, hervorragende Lage, extrem nettes Personal, auch im Frühstücksbereich auf der Dachterrasse, man fühlte sich richtig willkommen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr schön angerichtet und sehr gut. Die Dachterasse ist auch unglaublich schön mit tollem Ausblick. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"It was a flat above a supermarket, a surprise but actually turned out very useful. The apartment was well decorated and very clean, my room was excellent. There is a square very close which was quiet in march, a nice little park sadly closed due to storm damage. Breakfast was by coupon at a nearby cafe. Very useful the hop on bus stops at the corner of the park. Nice walking up the main road to the royal palace and lots of places to eat."

"Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay...
