"Good for a cheap room. A/C split unit didn't blow warm or hot air so room was very cold. Moved the bed to try and find something that went under and there were crushed up chocolate something still under it. Taps had to ring the neck off the tap to stop it running. Beds were comfy pillows mayaswell had been pillow cases. No extra blankets in the room. Like I said it was good for a cheap room for a couple of nights."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Peakhurst and would happily stay again. I was in town for an event being held at their venue and everything about the experience was easy and enjoyable. "The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Request for late check-in and bed arrangement was fulfilled. The hotel shuttle from the airport you have to figure it out on your own, as communication about this was not answered. The Housekeeping staff needs a bit of improvement. The conditioner was out and I asked for it to be replenished twice and this was not done. The teas/coffees were not replenished. The housekeeper knocked on our door at night around 9 or 10pm to change the garbage...

"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
