I booked a room at this hotel from March 29 to April 2, 2026. The room was in an unsanitary condition upon arrival, including visible dirt, hair, and debris in the bathroom. Housekeeping services were not provided until the fourth day of my stay, despite multiple requests. Staff refused to clean the room earlier, citing an undisclosed policy of cleaning every four days!!! which was not stated at the time of booking. Basic services were not provided: trash was not removed, clean towels were only given upon repeated requests, and on one occasion a staff member hung up on me. A listed amenity (hairdryer) was missing and only provided after two days.
The room conditions were unacceptable, including a non-functioning air conditioner and a strong odor of mold and dampness. Staff were unprofessional, refused to identify themselves, and denied access to management.
Police were called on April 1, 2026. The responding officer (badge number 427) provided a case # 2026090060 He stated that this was a civil matter and there is nothing he can do, I can only dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This hotel is not just bad—it is disgusting: dirty, old, and smelly, with rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk! This was the worst hotel experience of my life! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your trip and expect even basic comfort!"
