Property is very noisy and we did not get a good nights rest. Remodeling going on with saws, drills and pounding after 9:00 pm, when guests are trying to sleep! People walking around above us half of the night. Breakfast is minimal, juice is so watered down that it tastes like nothing. We would not stay again.

It appears the hotel is or was doing renovations or updates. But from what we saw that was updated was done poorly. The thing that was unacceptable to us was the breakfast and the breakfast area. The area was dirty. Food crumbs on the counter where the food was and all over the tables. Syrup on the counter and floor. No food being replenished either. For the price and what we needed it for (1 night) it was fine but not a hotel we would stay multiple nights at.

The 1st room I was given dead bugs on the floor was asked what's wrong with the room. Hot had a smell of feet and someone that doesn't bathe Sec room door did not lock from inside Needless to say not staying there again told friends and the breakfast sausage and grey tater tots

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was lacking - sausage and tator tots (no eggs), the syrup dispenser was awful and either wouldn't pour or gushed, it was obvious that the counters hadn't been properly cleaned after previous syrup gushing incidents, yogurt and cream cheese containers were not iced or provided proper cooling, stale mini muffins and bread, only 2 types of packaged cereal offered (no oatmeal packets), no fruit offered the first day, and they began clearing the breakfast area a half hour before it was supposed to be done (including turning off the juice machine - a simple flick of the switch that could easily have been done last - just glad I saw the desk clerk turn it off so I could turn it back on).

The front desk was backed up with teens when I arrived, the wait was unnecessarily long. The desk attendant greeted me with the news that Expedia messed up my reservation and I was being charged an extra night that wasn’t on my reservation. He made clear that it was my problem that needed to be fixed through Expedia. (That was a whole separate debacle). Room wasn’t clean, coffee bar was lacking, and the bathroom supplies came in little teeny leprechaun sized bottles. The coffee cups in the lobby are also insufficient for adult human use. I won’t be staying at this property ever again and doubt I’ll consider Best Western in the future either.

Yes. The tub wouldn’t drain, which things happen, but we (my boyfriend and I) were lied to twice about maintenance coming to fix it. We had several noise issues. One person at the front desk moved us, which was good, after three attempts to get issues resolved. Since then, three weeks later, I’ve been dodged by both corporate and the local hotel. I was offered 5,000 points, which I clarified the dollar amount of and was told $25. I turned that down on the basis that wasn’t even half of one night at this particular hotel. Corporate told me they couldn’t issue full refunds and that they couldn’t force a manager to answer. I asked what good corporate was then. The specific hotel has repeatedly lied. The manager is here at such and such time. I call then and someone else says something different. The owner was too busy to talk to me or is rarely there. Today I was told the manager was fired. The only good person we encountered was the front desk staff who offered to move us to another room. I’ll never stay at a Best Western again based on this, especially if corporate is so useless.

The room itself is clean, but the property was dirty. They were obviously doing construction and had dirty disgusting mattresses piled up in front of the building. The icemakers were closed were broken on every floor. The checkout time is earlier than Expedia states and when I stayed an hour later because what Expedia said was the checkout date, I was harassed by three different employees and threatened that they were charging me late. Check out. I will definitely not be staying nor would I recommend this place

Clean room, but had to switch rooms because key lock didn’t work. Outside grounds had a lot of garbage and glass around plus old mattresses piled outside the building. Pleasant helpful staff, didn’t have breakfast. Nice enough for the price but with a little cleanup work they would get a much higher rating.

I booked three rooms for the holidays for my family that was visiting from out of town. Between my father having his own room, my brother and his fiancé having theirs, along with my daughter and her new husband, having a room three generations are represented in this review. The youngest generation was the only one impressed as they have had terrible experiences in the past at other locations. My dad said it was just a room that allowed him to sleep comfortably and get away from the loud noise of the family festivities. Meanwhile, my brother and his fiancé stated it was nothing special. I I understand you get what you pay for; my husband and I paid for them to have a room to sleep in that was near our home. Mission accomplished.

The only “good” thing about this hotel was its willingness to refund most of my money (but not all!) when I cancelled the reservation after checking in. The hotel is filthy, including not only the interior, but also the grounds which had many mattresses piled up at the side of the building. (Bed bug infestation maybe?). The attempts to clean the hotel have resulted in ammonia and cleaning fumes that are so overwhelming, your eyes immediately burn upon entry. I would rather sleep in my car than this hotel and I regret booking it. I do not usually write reviews, but if this helps one person avoid the same situation I had — it would be worth it.
