The woman in the lobby was super helpful and complimented my hair😁Fantastic & simple first experience with CitizeNM, although it took me a minute to figure out how the hot water worked in the shower😅I also loved the sunrise ambient noise alarm, it was so peaceful to wake up to!"

"Very comfortable and roomy accommodations. Perfect location convenient to GWU as we were dropping off child for college. Opted for nearby lot parking which saved some $. Inadvertently left laptop at hotel; called and mailed it promptly back to me. Would happily stay there again."
