"My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was leaking water throughout my stay, creating a mess in the room. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower leaked the entire time and had stains. There wasn't even a new roll of toilet paper provided. Instead, there were two partially used rolls, and one of them appeared to have dried blood or feces on the remaining...

"The property was nicely renovated, problem was it was SO dark in the actual rooms we couldn’t see without a flash light, the noise was insufferable from other guests running through the hall and screaming profanity and banging on doors at all hours of the night. Didn’t feel safe at location. Would NOT stay here again."

"The first thing I noticed was the ample parking. Next, I was greeted by staff and noticed how clean the facility was. My room was in great condition and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower/tub. I had my two little girls with me, they still take baths. It was a bit off the beaten path and somewhat inconvenient to find at first. $50 dog fee, which I al NOT a fan of since in these times, more and more folks travel with their (well-behaved) pets. I took an "accessible" room because it offered a larger footprint and a generously sized shower. The room was clean and tidy, but housekeeping did NOT tend to the room daily, even though I paid full fee for every day of the stay. The towels were clean, but worn. Some had...

"Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again."

"The hotel is convenient and close to the interstate and Hamburg. Our room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Our one complaint was the overpowering scent of disinfectant in the room with a slight musty odor, maybe from the carpet? My eyes were burning...we almost asked for another room.we have stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. Maybe the age is showing on the property."
