"Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star"

"Hotel is in a great location for food and activities like going to the beach. There's a lot of options within walking distance. We had 6 adults for our stay and had a 1 BR room. The first night someone had to sleep on the floor because the sofa sleeper mattress was wet and stained along with the couch cushions. Management told us they would replace it the second day. They only changed the mattress, cushions still wet and gross and refunded one days worth of resort fees."

"Great resort for families. Out family of 6 was comfortable in a 2 room suite. Having a kitchen was awesome to prepare breakfast for everyone before heading out on our adventures. Room was also very quiet and overall excellent!"

"I love the property was private but still in the middle of Waikiki. Staff were great. And accommodating. I just wish my family could have been all in the same floor. "The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. "We had a girls trip. We had a room with 2 double beds, partial ocean view. Our room was a brand newly renovated so it was spotless and very comfortable. It was a bit noisy at times from construction going on above us, but the workers we saw in the elevators were all polite and friendly. So it wasn’t a huge issue. We didn’t rent a car so the location to the beach was perfect and the walk to stores and restaurants was so close. Great place to stay !"
