"★★★★★ **Our Perfect Riverside Getaway** What a wonderful getaway! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Our room at the Blue Water Inn was spotless, cozy, and inviting, but the real highlight was the incredible view of the St. Clair River. Sitting in our room and watching three freighters glide by was such a relaxing and memorable experience. We knew when we booked that there was no elevator and that we would need to climb a flight of stairs to reach our room. Due to a minor health issue, that was a bit of a concern for us. The manager on duty immediately stepped in and graciously carried our luggage up to our room. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and truly reflected the kind of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we enjoyed our visit. It's rare to find that level of personal service. We also loved having the River Crab Restaurant right next door. The food was delicious, the waitstaff was outstanding, and the riverfront setting was simply beautiful. Enjoying a wonderful meal while looking out over the water made for a perfect evening. This was one of those special stays that leaves you with great memories and already thinking about your next visit. We can't wait to come back!"
