Booked this room for the pool and hot tub among other things. When we arrived the pool was closed and so was the hot tub. The hall carpets were stained and kids were running up and down the hallway till 9 or 10

They stuck us in a wheelchair room. Bathroom was dark and dingy, they actually hung towels on the handrails that surrounded the toilet!!! Yuck!!! Towels were rough and dingy!
