"This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at this hotel pre-cruise and, as was the case the first time, we had a great stay. Although the neighborhood is a little "rough around the edges" (litter, vacant businesses, some homelessness, etc), we never felt unsafe. "The staff were rude to myself and others when we arrived. I wasnt impressed. When we got up to take shuttle to airport the clerk at desk was watching videos on his phone and barely looked up at people coming up to desk. Everything else was clean and well managed. The hotel itself was nice."

I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! "Everything was fine for our one night stay. I wasn't quite sure how the airport shuttle worked so we took a Uber. The front desk clerk was great but he really needed a second person. The line behind me was out the door and the phones were ringing. I felt that he handled it well but definitely needed a second attendant. Breakfast was good and there was enough seating."
