The maintenance crew was over worked front desk person not available most days. Management said all the right things but did nothing. We were moved three times to find a suitable room and it still left much to be desired. Lacking electric outlets and power air was the biggest issue. Extension cords hidden in drawers Outlets that didn’t work or outlets obsolete. First unit was so split up but had one small air unit that ran most the day and still room was musty damp and not cool. And forget showering and then finding a place to get ready one because of lack of circulating air and 2nd no plugs near any mirrors or station to get ready especially if more than one person staying in the room. 2nd room pretty much the same. so third room looked the part I guess??? However a circuit blew so we ended up turned of all lights and one air conditioner when using a hairdryer because of the circuit. No maintenance I found circuit breaker myself. All TVs in every unit had issues of some sort bad remotes Roku stick not working Internet service down or work intermittently. One pool closed other area lacked comfortable or usable chairs. This property in my opinion should be condemned totally.
