I have traveled to many places and stayed at some amazing hotels, but this one was the BEST, and here's why: service felt invested in my stay, they were all warm, kind and extremely thoughtful. I've actually never experienced such an exceptional staff in hospitality before. From the moment I pulled up to the hotel, every single interaction was incredible. I wish this was the service standard all across America! Because it's not, this is why this hotel is my new favorite! I will be coming back and bringing family, friends and this is now a reason to visit Ft Lauderdale for me. Well done ownership and management! Not to mention the actual hotel and rooms, WOW. All the automation and ease within the room was superb!

Perfect staycation. Beautiful property and excellent amenities. Plenty of dining choices. The staff were great all around. Only issue was the 20% off at spa (part of our VIP perks upon booking) wasn't honored although I mentioned upon making reservation. Hoping they address this when I call tomorrow.
