"Absolutely spotless room. Looks like it was just renovated in a building that’s fine and a parking lot that could be repaved. Slept great, although could hear traffic from the nearby road, but it was not busy at night. Shower in the tub had no grab bars and the floor could be slippery if not careful. Only ours and 3 other rooms were occupied on a Saturday night in March. Desk could have been friendlier, and they did charge an extra $100 security deposit which they said would be refunded...

"The young guy staffing the desk overnight was wonderfully responsive after a late (1-2am) arrival. It seems like they have an employee room for overnights and he showed up to check us in within a few minutes. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is pretty disgusting. "The stay is perfect. I’m in town for 5 months and I’m stay here. People say it’s ran down but it is remolded and it’s clean, no hang arounds at the hotel like some of the reviews say. Jennifer at the front desk is very nice and helpful."
