"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Fort Myers and originally booked a three-night stay. My initial room was located at the very back of the property, literally the last room on the hotel grounds. Since I was considering extending my stay for an additional week, I approached Krystal at the front desk to see if there was any possibility of moving to a room closer to the lobby. Krystal was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She took the time to look for available options and was able to relocate me to a much better room in a more convenient location. Even better, she allowed me to transfer immediately on the third night of my original reservation rather than making me wait until the following day. The new room was noticeably cleaner, the location was much more convenient, and the bed was significantly more comfortable. Because of Krystal's outstanding customer service, I felt confident extending my stay. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help made a huge difference in my experience. Thank you, Krystal, for going above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Quality Inn is fortunate to have an employee who cares so much about guest satisfaction."

"Our check-in was exceptionally smooth. We booked a mini-suite and the room exceeded our expectation. Hilton has done an excellent job segregating the sitting area from the bedroom. Additionally our check-in hostess ensured we had a lower floor room."

"The hotel and staff were awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean and well appointed. The pool was lovely. The room had a Keurig coffee maker with two complimentary pods a day. There was also coffee in the lobby. There were pods available for purchase if wanted for your room. Daily made service was a bonus. It is also situated in an outdoor shopping mall with many restaurants and stores. Only negative was the sliding barn door for the bathroom. It allowed no privacy at all with a two inch gap. If you are a married couple, it probably would not pose an issue, but if you were sharing a room with a coworker or friend, you might have issues. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel."
