Great location for Shelling

Great location on a beach with a lot of shells. Property is well maintained and clean. However, we did not expect how outdated the furniture and decor would be.

Peaceful property close to the beach. The condo was bright and cheery and comfortable. We’ll look forward to staying there again. We took my Mother along and she enjoyed sitting out in the screened porch enjoying the lovely property and partial view of the gulf. We had a wonderful stay.

Airline and hotel were super easy and wonderful. Experience with the Carmel Car Service that I booked however was terrible. It definitely was not worth the money at all. Drivers were half an hour late both ways and cars were not in great condition. Overall I would say if you’re not renting a car you’re better off taking a taxi or calling an Uber. DO NOT use Carmel Car Service

It was clean, well managed and had excellent access to the beach. My only reservation is the noise. Every other day, the lawn maintenance people were outside, with deafening leaf blowers, for between one and two hours, making sure every last piece of dirt was blown around and in its right place. It would have been a lot more pleasant if they just raked up the small number of fallen leaves. The noise and diesel exhaust made it unpleasant to go outside or be by the pool when they were working.

Great place to stay

I have been visiting Sanibel since the mid 1960's and this is far and away the neatest place I have stayed. The rooms are great, two bedrooms and a nice furnished kitchen and screened deck for bug free enjoyment. Also loved the private garage parking, and the beach is but a short walk away. This is our third year staying here and I can't imagine staying any place else. The beach is a great shelling beach, quiet and very relaxing. Our stays here have been the most enjoyable time we have had on Sanibel.

Nice condo (not hotel) fairly close to the beach.

The front units are very close to the beach and they progressively go farther and farther back with the last building (ours) being about a block away....no big deal if you have good knees......Otherwise we had a very nice stay with both our children and six grandchildren (in three condos, all three different in size and decoration)......A short but nice vacation for the entire family.

Quiet property close to beach

I loved the location. It was quiet & well maintained. My only complaint is that the provided chairs to take to the beach were not in great shape & that was a minor issue overall. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was clean & comfortable. This was a great choice & we will be back!

Great location & staff!!

We visited Sanibel Siesta for a weeks stay with our 6 month old and 3 year old. The staff was more than accommodating helping us by having a pack'n'play in our condo, direct us to family friendly activities in the area and we LOVED the heated salt water pool and close promitiy to a beautiful shelling beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and fit our needs perfectly. We can't wait to return!!

Hurricane Escape

We fled the East Coast of Florida in anticipation of Hurricane Mathew (Oct. 2016) and knew nothing of this resort we found on Expedia. To our delight we had a beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped carefully planned condo. Everything was perfect. Families of 2 adults and 4 children could use the resort. (Sofa beds in the living room for the kids as well as a second bedroom with separate bath for 2.

Relaxing getaway

Went away for a girls getaway. The condo was lovely and very comfortable. If you wanted to cook in the condo it was well equipped. Great pool and easy walk to the beach. Saw many families. Very relaxing. Will return in the future with my husband and thinking about a family vacation with my son and his family as well.
