Room was overpriced for an outdated room/hotel. I found that the pictures on the web site made things look much better than they actually were. Our room was above the Tiki bar which was very loud until closing. Also, the room had a musty smell.

The room was gorgeous and the staff were very attentive! Though the peaceful ambiance was ruined by the loud tiki bar late into the night (didn’t realize on our part that they’d be partying way past closing) and the food was very greasy and salty (not surprising for a tiki bar). The view was quite amazing and the quick access to the beach was excellent! Was extremely excited about the little kitchenette that was in the room as well as the back balcony with lounge chairs. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

WiFi was sketchy. Toilet leaked, just a little but enough to hear it. Location was great, restaurant, bar, pool and parking were great.

We booked a two room suite unaware that it was located right above the bar. Didn’t get much sleep for the three nights due to the noise of the band and the loud crowd which did not end until 2:30 am. We tried to switch rooms but there weren’t any available and the women at the main desk was very rude. We stayed in the older part of the complex which was run down. They have a beautiful pool area with newer units that looked very nice. The staff was very friendly and service was great. It’s a great location and a nice place as long as you’re aware of where you will be staying.

This place is a huge dive and totally overpriced. It looks nothing like it does on the website- the property is old and in bad shape. When I arrived I couldn't believe what I paid to stay at this place and felt totally ripped off. The live music played on the property blared in my room until late at night. There is not even a front desk. As I arrived just after 11:00 PM I had to find the security guard in the very loud and busy bar to get my room key. The elevator was broken. I had to drag my bag to the second floor to my dingy room. Housekeeping did not come for three days until I found someone to complain to. The only positive is proximity to the beach, but this does not outweigh the negatives and the heavy price tag.

The Bathroom constantly smelled of Urine. We complained but the cleaning of it seemed to make it worse. The towels were old as was the furniture, so old, they must have picked it from the street after it was thrown out. The floors were filthy to the point I threw my slippers and my husband socks out. The parking was awful!!! If you did get a space you were lucky. The hotel needs a major renovation. There were no amenities, No shampoo/soap/conditioner. I dare use the coffee pot. The fridge was dirty. The cost of the room was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

The room was old. Clean but old. Very low water pressure in the shower. Very LOUD. We were over the tiki bar and it was loud. Most staff were very courteous and helpful.
