"It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was Expedia not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them? "

"Front desk ladies were horrible. No personality, not friendly just don’t care. The pool was out of towels so I asked for some pool towels. They said they were out and the one said “ I have a bath mat you could use for a towel”….. total joke. Rooms are so so. Need repaired and updated. "

"Room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was prepared on the spot. The staff was gracious and friendly. Bent over backwards for us. A step into the past. "

"There are shops nearby. We were there during the off-season so most shops closed at 4 or 5. The room was clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The room also had a microwave and a fridge. That was awesome for leftovers and early- morning breakfasts. The only concern was the hot water didn't seem enough for 2 people to shower. We had to wait about 15 minutes between people for more hot water. The best part of our hotel was it being walking distance to the Nauvoo Temple. Since attending the temple was a key reason for our trip, that proximity was awesome!"

"Old motel. Some low budget remodeling happening. The bed was clean bathroom was alittle dirty due to new toliet installed. Im not to picky. Front desk was nice."
