Upon check-in, the evening attendant was very nice and willing to help, but he did warn us after I requested a room away from the elevator that they were limited on space so low and behold, I received a room by the elevator, which I have to say we didn’t hear it throughout the night however we did hear the air conditioner and it was loud and it made an off ringing noise that did not allow my wife and I to sleep, but of course the kids slept then the pool was cold and the hot tub had large disgusting suds in them with black floating things in there and there were no towels in the pool area. I had to go request them then in the room the sides of the baseboards were really important condition not at the level of a good Hampton Inn I travel many places around the US and I have to say this Hampton Inn was very below average and after complaining to the front desk, they stared at me like they couldn’t believe what they were hearing. I then asked for the manager, and they replied that he wasn’t here today, which was very odd so I left my number and still haven’t heard a word my overall perception of this hotel is that it isn’t really not worth my stay and I hope people changed their mind about staying at fossil Creek Hampton Inn because it definitely is not worth it.
