"We stayed here for 4 days. What an experience!! This hotel was spotless, beautiful, and amazingly located directly in the heart of Fort Worth. It’s only an 8 min drive to the stockyards. My wife used the gym and thought it was well stocked and again spotless. We used the outside bar in the 2nd floor. Great views and amazing furniture. Their outside furniture was clean and spot free. Which is something you dummy see very often, even at other high class hotels. The entire staff was like the fil a of hotels. Meaning a, always smiling, and hard working. If we ever get back to Fort Worth, we will definitely stay here again."

"Made a last minute reservation when my flight was canceled, as did many others. Long line-up at front desk, which moved quickly to situate guests. Room was clean and well appointed. Shower head did not work well and liquid soap in shower was empty. Breakfast was mediocre but staff were helpful. Shuttle system was completely overwhelmed and struggled to accommodate large numbers of guests going to the airport. Drivers were accommodating but without a reservation system, had to rely on the agitated guests to self-manage, causing tempers to flair between travelers trying to make flights but who couldn't get on the shuttle."

"Everybody was great, rooms were clean, no shower mats though with a very slippery shower. I had to hold on to something to stand in the shower. Called the front desk they didn't have any. Breakfast was good though"

"The location of this place is amazing. We were so close to a ton of stores, movie theater, bank and tons of restaurant options. Clean location with a great, small gym, relaxing pool and good breakfast. "

"Great location for a baseball or football game (the free trolly is a cool added perk). The hotel is clean and well staffed. Bed was super comfy. It’s in a very safe area. However, the rest of the area around the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, just due to location. If you plan on visiting Dallas, there is no public transportation and Ubers/cabs to the city are very expensive. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay here again if I was attending an event at either stadium."
