"The floor in the room was sticky because of the cleaner; overall just could’ve been more clean in the room/hallway on the bottom floor. Pool was nice but small, and we were bummed that there wasn’t a hot tub!! We were supposed to have a pull out sofa in our room but they didn’t end up having a room to switch us to like the one we had booked. The staff member we talked to was super nice and helpful."

"Good experience. Nice hotel. Nice room. Fire alarm malfunction at 1:30am has us all standing in parking lot for 30 minutes until fire dept could turn it off…. Other than that -All Good"

"We had a good stay, staff was nice and friendly, room looked like it had been recently renovated, clean room and bathroom was like new. Breakfast was ok, I’m a big breakfast person so continental was nice but not my favorite, but I knew in advance what it was. Only issue was not getting clean towels and wash clothes, they only do them if you ask for service which we didn’t know about. Overall a nice stay. I would book with them again if ever in the area."

"Check in was fast and friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was ok but not the greatest of fresh offerings. Also the breakfast attendant wasn't helpful or kind to a group who didn't know how to use the waffle maker another guest went over to help the group while the attendant stood there and watched. The location is prefect if your going to an event at Riverbend."

"Property was clean and while it is an old property it is well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room needed a bit of high dusting to remove Cobb webs from ceiling corners and lamps but outside of that it’s not bad at all. Located close to good restaurants and big stores."
