Good hotel to break the journey to our final destination. Very pleasant staff, good room which had all amenities. Fougere a is very interesting place to stop - better than we expected !

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was lovely and great for limited mobility. Great location. Vitre is a beautiful town.

Spent just one night here on a touring holiday in Normandy/Brittany. Village is delightful, quiet and characterful. The hotel staff went the extra mile to be helpful and informative. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and good value.

Secure parking for out motorbikes and easy walk into town, a good value hotel in a great location.

It was the annual town celebrations and carnival procession so a front room would have been the icing on the cake! The staff were great, especially the young lady who checked us in. She was full of information regarding the celebrations. Our room was very comfortable

Set in lovely gardens, a welcoming, French house with super rooms and one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in for a long time. Stayed with my husband and 11 yr old and we had 2 rooms with a jack and Jill bathroom. The rooms were full of character with views out to the gardens. No croissant for breakfast but super homemade breads, yoghurts and spreads with cheese and cereals. We were also given some of the homemade bread for our onward journey. Have just returned from a four night stay with my husband at this hotel, We could not fault the friendly service, décor , comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. Facilities excellent too. Our only gripe was that there are not any English language channels on the television -even had there been the obligatory CNN or BBC World News service they would have been preferable to nothing!! Our accommodation was in a well decorated house which we enjoyed. Yann and his wife Matilda welcomed us. The house was very clean.
