"The room wasn't as expected. I signed up for 1st floor due to wheelchair and original room was 2nd floor with steps. Front desk clerk fixed as best as she could. Still had to get up 1 step but doable. The bedding and carpet were stained in numerous places. It had been "cleaned" but just no care in presentation. Stains are bothersome! Metal bed frame piece sticking out on 1 bed and could've caused injury if bumped against. Wiring for smoke detector in ceiling but it wasn't there. Hairdryer...

"I was looking for a clean room that had a microwave and fridge in the room near I-80 East just west of 1-81 north. This property checked every box. Location was quiet except for rare road noise on Hwy 11, like the crazy motorcycle drive passing by. Although there was no coffee or breakfast in the morning, my cooler provided me eggs, bacon and sweet bread and I stopped for coffee off the interstate. The price was right for a night. "

Honestly for the cost of a room this place hit it out of the park. I would totally stay here again. Great place to stay for the money!"

"Parking is ample. Rob was very helpful. Room - old but clean, however bed boxes are not in good condition Breakfast - 0/10 1. Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. Not much options at breakfast, juice was out, butter was in big container and everyone had to use the same container was not appropriate 3. Juice was in 1 litre GV bottle, that was opened and didn't know when was it open had to ask the reception to change it 4. No...

"Staff are phenomenal and quite helpful. We stayed for a week, and on the second day front desk offered us an upgrade to a suite for the remainder of our stay. Very helpful to store ice packs due to recent injury. Good breakfasts and appreciated the lemon water in the afternoons. Great location with so many restaurants within walk or short drive. "

"A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter."
