"Clean room, good breakfast, easy parking."

"The property is very well kept and the staff was so helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The rooms were your basic hotel rooms. Only thing I could say is that the pillows weren’t the best. I had read that in other reviews. I was happy to see that the rooms were cleaned everyday, which not all hotels do anymore. I definitely would stay here again. Kudos to the waitress that served us breakfast everyday. She was the best. "

"The ceiling paint was peeling off. There was rust flakes on lamps that were coming off."

"The bathroom had a bad odor,the sinks were never cleaned and the floor I wiped down with a damp towel and had a dirty towel. Took photos n showed the person at the front desk. She told me she would tell the cleaning staff. She offered me nothing "

"Breakfast was very poor. They used plastic utensils, there were no plates or forks to use. People were having to eat their breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon with a spoon in a bowl. This is not the standard expected in a Hampton Inn hotel. They should never have run out of utensils and why do they use plastic utensils rather than China/proper cutlery. This was not acceptable. "

"I arrived to a total of 3 cars in the parking lot and the hotel front desk person looked like I was bothering her when I asked if I could check in at 1145am. She told me I had to wait til 130pm. I'm sure because they were so busy with a packed parking lot. I came back, checked in to a room that had rust stains on the tub, and a hotel room with zero design plan and a bed that was quite possibly the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on in a hotel room ever (I travel every 2-3 months). You couldn't pay me to stay there again. "
