"The ho tree el was clean and the staff was friendly. Bill in the morning was helpful and kind. The breakfast available was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this hotel to others. I stayed at the Best Western across the street and the Red Lion was hands down a better, cleaner, nicer hotel."

"Our room looked great in the photos, but close up it was a different story. The room was not very clean. There was dog or cat hair all over the carpet. It had a kitchen, but there was only enough silverware for one person, no bowls at all, and no dish soap or dishwasher soap to clean anything. The light above the sink was missing, but the screws and everything was still there letting you know that there was supposed to be something in that place. The heater was very difficult to understand how to operate and the room would stay very warm even when the temperature on the machine showed it was set to 68. The bed was pretty comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The curtains are cut around the window AC unit, so you can see into the room from outside at the edges. The hotel itself was underwhelming. It is an old building and it shows. The breakfast was pretty good and there were plenty staff was nice, but the hotel itself needs some work."
