"Besides the property being clean, the staff were excellent. Kyle and the breakfast crew were amazing and very welcoming. The food was good, but the staff made breakfast a pleasure. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! "I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits...

"Great location, walking distance to Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, College Football museum and more. Hotel offers free buffet breakfast which has pretty nice variety. Overall good option for price!"

"I didn't like how terrible was the guy at the reception when I couldn't find the place. It looks like he didn't know the surroundings of his place of work. He finally put me on hold for ever and never picked up the phone again. Couldn't tell me that there's two streets with the same name running parallel, the only difference is one is call West Peachtree and the other street just Peachtree. Breakfast not so great and I hate hotels with reception on top floor. Would never come back."

"Staff were pleasant, rooms were cleaned each day during my stay. Valet parking was $60 a night, however, one of the staff members told me about a parking garage nearby on Ted Turner Drive which had affordable rates."
