Great price and great area. My room was straight out of the ‘50’s- pink bathroom; floor tiles, wall tiles, lavatory, tub! The place is very quiet, staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Definitely impressed with the place considering how cheap it was. Generally places that cheap are a nightmare but the room was neat and mostly clean and the staff were super nice and accommodating. The only thing is that the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. I’m come here again

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The bedspread had holes. The plaster was falling off the ceiling. The bathroom was leaking. It needs renovation.

Place needs a deep cleaning or renewal. Walk in the room someone else hat sitting in there, which means room wasn't properly cleaned. Room stank of cigarettes, something very uncomfortable for a non smoker

Easy & fast check in and check out. I knew what I was getting when I booked it, so I really can't complain much, you get what you pay for. Pros: I will say that I was very surprised on how big the room was. It was confortable, it had a desk, a microwave and a fridge. The AC worked great and the room did not smell bad. It is located on a quiet area, and i got a good night of sleep. Cons: The room is very aged, it was a bit dirty, and the chair and couch were stained.

My room was canceled without any reason, at 1:00 am my only option was a trash room… the worst experience ever… not even expedia helped.

It was nasty inside of there just look at the bathroom. There was rust paint chipping that place has a lot of problems. I’m just being honest. The staff was friendly, but the place needs to be fixed.

bugs. room (booked a king… got 2 queens?) smells bad. sheets stained. chair stained. doesn't have breakfast. overenthusiastic toilet. but i guess you get what you pay for and $100 a night is pretty good for a room with a medium fridge and only one missing drawer in the bureau.

This is the worst motel I've seen in decades. Every surface, every object was either broken or soiled. With no exception: yellow stains on bedsheets, loose locks, a broken latch on the back window, stains and scratches on every wall, and the list may go on for pages.

This hotel was so bad, I didn’t stay. Unfortunately for me it was a late check in (1:00 AM) but when I entered the room I couldn’t tell if it had been cleaned. I tried to wash my hands in the sink and there was NO RUNNING WATER!! So I left.

The room was dirty, the kitchen was very dirty. The sheets had stains but the staff was helpful. The bathroom floors were dirty as well, the water drainage was not good at all. But the price is ok.

Propreté médiocre. Nous avons du demander de changer les draps. La cuisine était très sale, clairement le plancher n’avait pas été lavé, il était tout collant, et il y a du avoir un certain party une nuit car le mur de la cuisine avait été éclaboussée et il n’avait pas été nettoyé. Et en bonus, très grosse odeur de cigarettes!! Je n’y retournerai pas. Les photos ne représentent pas ce que c’est vraiment.

I have never had to leave as negative review as this in decades of travel, and the young couple that run it and live on site were friendly and welcoming. But, it’s a motel, not an inn or hotel. It houses homeless people, which wouldn’t have concerned me if the facility itself (and my guest room in particular) were in good condition. I have stayed in older properties before, and had no issues. This was not the case here. The condition of the carpets, bedding, and curtains was very worn and in need of deep cleaning. Some of the furniture had laminate that was ripped off, the bathroom didn’t have any safety features, and the appliances in the kitchenette also needed a deep cleaning. There was also an overpowering chemical smell. After about 15 minutes, I left the key on the nightstand and drove to a nearby property and spent the night there very comfortably.

The room is very dated (a green toilet!!!), and in need of repairs. Paint flaking and chipping around the door, window, bathroom door, etc. Few power outlets, the installed window A/C unit was loud, but it worked, The staff was just there, and while the room was clean, that's about what it was. The mini-fridge and microwave were nice bonuses for sure, and the property is central to all the amazing shops in the Rt 9 corridor, and quick into Boston. Overall, its a 2. Its a clean place to spend the night, but that's it and for that its a fair value for the price for a Saturday night close to the concert I was going to in Boston. Heck,no coffee at all in the morning is pretty bad on its own. Definitely needs a facelift.

This property was not at all what was in the pictures. The ac unit didn't work, the linens were dirty, the room was in disrepair. It was so bad we left and went to a different hotel.
