"The best thing about the HH was the breakfast. Food was good. Breakfast lady was nice & kept it clean. First impression when we walked in was very unfriendly. No hello & could barely hear her mumbling. Then checking out, I reported our toilet was broken when we walked in. We just dealt with it. Kept the back lid off & fixed the chain at every use. No real apology about that - just took the room number. We stayed there going to Florida & then driving home. But sorry that’s our last...

"First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water...

"The room was very nice and spacious. The morning after I arrived, the refrigerator was not working properly. I called the front desk. They apologized and said they would get someone right out to fix it. The maintenance personnel came and gave me a completely different refrigerator which worked. I was very impressed "
