"The breakfast buffet was great with a very large selection to choose from.
The bath water was warm and comfortable.

Beds were clean. I took my dirty towels to the workers that cleaned the rooms for new ones.

"The room was in good condition. And the location isn’t too bad. But the staff was kind of aloof. Also the hotel as a whole makes good use of the “angles” online. It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here."

"Booked here to accommodate a family flight that got delayed, it was already past 8pm when I started booking, I noted in the comments we wouldn't be arriving till 1-2 am. Then when it was finalized I get the policy they only check in till 9pm. I instantly requested to cancel the booking and never got any response. I ended up having to book at another hotel and pay for a room here that I was unable to check in to."

"I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions."

"Way too many carbs and food was over salted. Dining staff was excellent. I ordered a king bed and got two twin beds for a couple. I had to prop pillows on the side to stop falling off the bed. The hair dryers smoked and smelled like burning wires. The TV didn't work and the checkin staff charged me 400 php for that 2 hour checkin despite all the problems of the room. "I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...
