One of my most favorite places to stay in all of the years I have traveled abroad. The staff, the food, the bar…all amazing!

Towels changed every day, whether used and hung up to dry or not. Eco-friendliness poor. Apart from that a memorable stay. There is a really nice self-service beer garden with a good selection of beer, ciders and wine. Very good food in the outside dining area, too. Friendly staff everywhere. The scenery next to the river Main is stunning and very calming.

Mostly good but the noise at night from the beer garden and restaurant was a bit of a problem - one certainly couldn't leave the windows open. I understand that this is not something the hotel can change but it would make me think twice about staying there again. And once all the guests outside had finally left the staff clearing up outside was anything but quiet! The AC in my room (26) wasn't working properly or, in any event, not very powerful. And this was during a hot weather spell. My brother in room 23 had a better AC but had to draw the curtains at night because the light fixtures on the wall outside his room (not mine) were irritatingly bright which was only helped partially by drawing the curtains. Mattress a bit tired and soft but otherwise the rooms were nice and the bathroom very clean with a good shower. All in all I think the noise factor is unfortunate and maybe the rooms should't be as expensive as they were given the fact that this is certainly not a quiet place.

Beautiful hotel next to the river, with a park and walking trail to enjoy. The restaurant was very good. The room was excellent! A short drive to the airport made this a perfect hotel for a visit to Frankfurt.

Amazing! Staffs were super nice and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet area, this is the perfect location next to the park. Easy and beautiful 30 min walk to downtown.

Feines Boutique-Hotel

Wir hatten eine Nacht in der Junior-Suite verbracht. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben war das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war zwar nicht riesig, aber dafür hochfein, besser als in vielen Luxushotels. Es gab selbst gemachte Marmelade (Marillen und Rose) und herzhaften Aufstrich, ebenfalls mit frischen, hochwertigen Zutaten. Cherry-Tomaten waren reif und süß. Orangensaft war echter Saft und kein Nektar. Sehr lobenswert. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Natürlich sieht die Villa mit Tradition auch sehr chic wie vornehm aus. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls gut. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

Hotel Super - Restaurant-Service eher nicht

Das Hotel und Location direkt am Main wunderschön und immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis vor allem bei schönem Wetter. Wunderbarer Garte! Das Hotel ist super - der Restaurant-Service war eher schlecht. Getränke kamen nach 40 Minuten. Das Essen nach 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten. Die Preise: sportlich! Das vorhandene Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Kritik geht klar an die Geschäftsleitung. Viel zu wenig Personal für einen Feiertag wie Christi Himmelfahrt. Klarer Fehler des Managements! Die Qualität des Essens war OK - das Frühstücksbuffet eher spärlich, aber dafür inklusive. Lachs oder Rührei,- leider Fehlanzeige.

Am Empfang mussten wir 10 Minuten warten bis dieser besetzt war, das Gleiche auch bei der Abreise. Preis Leistung stimmt hier meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr. Offene Kabel im Flur, fehlende Bilder. Kein Bademantel und Hausschuhe (wie angegeben) auf dem Zimmer. Wer Service und Komfort sucht, sollte weiter in die Innenstadt gehen. Wir waren enttäuscht.

I do love this place. Great room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the river. Room is very well appointed, with a Nespresso machine, Bluetooth speaker and Samsung smart TV. There are some restrictions on place at the moment and they are not serving the usual excellent breakfast.I'd think twice about going for the breakfast included option, for the time being.
