Very comfortable room ( a mirror had been detached from bathroom wall - probably about to be replaced, but this did not affect us at all.) Room was beautifully furnished. Breakfast rooms were perfect and the choices were wonderful

All great but barely water in the shower....

All great EXCEPT that the shower pressure varied from no water to the same amount you can squeeze out of an old tap. Old building they can't do much about is as a reason and excuse doesn't quite help.

A beautiful 19th century building in a wonderful part of Frankfurt, only a few minutes walk from the Palmen Garden. The decor was a bit dated, but I suppose that is part of the charm. Bathrooms seem to have been renovated fairly recently. The staff is fantastic! Very helpful. I had a bit of trouble with the heater in my room, but that is my only complaint.

Our stay at the Palmenhof was excellent. Clean and Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Lovely surroundings (Westend). Walkable to the U Bahn stations and to Fressgasse etc. Excellent value for money. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

Das Frühstück könnte für den Preis besser sein. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr nett. Für einen besseren Schlaf hätte ich mir ein Doppelbett gewünscht und nicht zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben wurden.

Lovely Stay

Loved that there was a room that would accommodate for so many people and still had space from each other. The patios were amazing to sit out at and enjoy the air.

Familj med dotter på 1 år

Var på genomresa mot Italien och stannade en natt i Frankfurt. Hotellet hade ett bra läge, men det låg precis vid vägkanten så det var lite osmidigt att stanna till vid hotellet med bil då det inte fanns gästparkeringar utanför. Men det fanns tillfälliga platser för avlastning. Men själva parkering (som var en rekommendation och inte hanterades av hotellet) fick man åka en bit bort som tog 10 min att gå till och från. Fina och stora rum med AC, fräscha badrum och rent och städat. De hade gratis spjälsäng, mycket plats för att ställa den och det var relativt tyst i rummet trots att det låg precis bredvid en lagom trafikerad väg. Frukost var ok, ganska liten men hade vad man förväntade sig. Men det var fräscht och smakade bra. Vår AC hade ett gnisslande ljud som inte gick att bli av med så det lät under natten, men det var inget som störde oss eller vår dotter speciellt mycket.
