"After seeing the condition of the rooms, we did not stay at this property. There were roaches in the room, weird stains on every surface, and mold in the bathroom. Also, the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We were shown 3 rooms and they all were in the same dismal state. We told the manager that we would not be staying and would like to cancel our reservation and get a refund. The manager agreed to refund a set amount (provided a "receipt"), but said we would have to go through Hotels.com for the rest. However, we were charged the full reservation cost. After creating a ticket with Hotels.com they informed us they were not able to contact the hotel, so we were just out of luck. Anyways, I would suggest staying almost anywhere else. "
