They also ran my card for incidentals, placed my family in the furthest most room available, and I have physical disabilities. Staff was cold and it felt like I was putting her out even on check in. I left a night early. Just meh and the trash and broken light fixtures in the hall just made it even nicer. Cleaning staff did a good job when they made beds and vacuumed whole we were out visiting our daughter. "
