"Everything was Great at the property. I had a lil hiccup upon check in with the front desk when I arrived. The problem was eventually fixed but that’s the reason for four stars. The property and service is great and if I’m ever at national harbor in the future this will be my choice of stay."

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was beautiful. We were upgraded to the suite and it was huge with a large balcony. The lobby was small but cute. The food and drinks at both of the adjoining restaurants were mediocre at best. The spa was worn out and a bit of a disappointment. If you just need a place to stay, it’s nice. Just go elsewhere for food and spa."

"I checked into my room and went into the bathroom. I then notice big pieces of hair all over the floor, sink, and against the wall. I went to the lobby to asked to have it cleaned. Housekeeping came with a roller and rolled the floor. I went back to inspect and no hair had been removed. I took pictures and took it back to the lobby where I was told they would have housekeeping to come clean while I was out. When I got back to my surprise no one had came. Bathroom still looked the same hair...

"Very enjoyable stay - comfortable beds and close to the Metro. Liked that they had a bar to meet up with friends. We did not eat at the hotel but other restaurants were in close proximity. I would stay there again."

"Felt safe the hotel was favorite of truck drivers. Room was clean but the a/c was tepid just glad it was a week when the humidity was bearable. Received what I paid for."

"My rental car was left on blocks and the wheels stolen! They still charged me for overnight parking even after the vehicle was returned to the rental location."

"Great stay at Hilton Old Town Alexandria!! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the Metro and food spots. I would definitely stay here again."
