Then it should be clear on hotels.com that it is an unstaffed hotel, and when it says "breakfast included", it should say that a breakfast bag is included!
It cost quite a lot for that standard....we stayed at First hotel in Jönköping for 100 SEK more and soooo much more luxurious!

"The hotel looks dilapidated, As soon as you walk in it smells pretty awful. Going into the room I was nearly sick due to the smell of raw sewage. Quite literally the worst hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world after 30 years of travelling/ working abroad.
Staff were helpful in returning my £95 charge for staying there.
I did not eat but seeing the restaurant I would not.
2 x bottles of water in the room were filthy dirty."
