"Our stay was wonderful! The staff was kind, courteous, and quick to assist with any need we had. When the ac was not working well in our room, they moved us into a different room within minutes and did so with grace and kindness. The breakfast was great and definitely filling. A super start to our day. Location was fantastic, literally right across the street from the rail terminal in central Rome…transportation was a dream! Even with being that close to the station, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Definitely a keeper of a hotel! I’d stay there again if I find myself in Rome in the future!"
